The Wheeling campaign

Wheeling occupies a bend of the Ohio River in the Northern Panhandle, close to Ohio and Pennsylvania. I-70, I-470, and historic rail links support health care, manufacturing, retail, and tourism.

Build a Wheeling creator circuit around Weirton, Moundsville, Bethlehem, Bridgeport. Pair approved WOWLS! artwork with local print partners, publish geographically tagged outfit stories, and give each retail collaboration a separate referral campaign.
